                   1)  Highlight brows with base color

           

                    2)fill lid with base color

   

                    3)brush shadow onto outer lid sweep it over your crease(blend)

                    

                    4) brush shadow under lower lash

              

                     5)curl lashes (and fill in brows )do both eyes 

                      6)line lid with black linner 

                        7)line directly under the waterline then line on the waterline

                         8)massacre on the top and bottom lashes.
